Purchasing any items available in our store accepts these terms and equals the action of you donating to the Alpine server and acquiring virtual items as a donation reward. This transaction is final and we do not offer refunds under most circumstances. If you are subject to a ban for breaking the rules in the Alpine server, you will not be refunded on any transactions. Bans are at the full discretion of the Alpine moderation team who can update our rules at any time. There is no assurance in accessing the server, and if Alpine ceases operation all virtual items are forfeit. Refund requests concerning accidental purchases may be suitable for a full refund. Please contact us directly if you believe that you are applicable for a full refund.
Please be aware that receiving a full refund may restrict your account from making future purchases. In which case you will be notified.
Store items that are team specific will not carry over between team swaps. But will rather stay saved to their designated team.
Alpine reserves the right to modify any store item at will, with or without notice. This includes changing their price, content, and benefits of that item. However, rest assured that all benefit changes will be valid for server-balancing reasons.
Unless stated otherwise, Limited time store items are not permanently time-limited and may return in the future.
Providing an invalid Steam64ID will result in an automatic refund with the handling fees deducted. Presenting an incorrect Steam64ID is also acceptable for a refund with the handling fees deducted but will require contacting Alpine directly.
